Q. I just got my wallet and it is not beeping, what
do I do?
A. Occasionally, during shipping, the wallet's
sensor system is damaged. In order to reset it, you should begin by
removing all of the cards, one by one, from top to bottom. After doing
this, wait approximately 5 seconds to reset the sensor. Then replace all
the cards in reverse order (bottom to top). If this does not work, it is
possible that the battery needs replacing. If you have replaced the
battery and attempted to reset the cards, then please contact
us for further information or a possible exchange.
