Q. Do the wallets look, feel or have a different weight than a non beeping wallet?

A. The method used to alert you when a credit card, or other item, has not been put back in its slot does not add any noticeable weight or size to the wallet. All of our wallets are the standard size, styles and weight of even the most expensive designer wallets, made with the same high-quality craftsmanship and leather.


Q. How much do the wallets cost?

A. Depending on the style of wallet you choose--whether for men's, ladies or unisex--and depending on the type of leather used and the number of features; the wallet prices range anywhere from $14.00 to $59.00


Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. Depending on when the order is received, it is usually shipped within 1-12 hours. For example, placing an order at 1:00 AM PST will not be processed and shipped immediately. Conversely, an order placed during regular PST business hours will be shipped within 2-3 hours if not immediately.


Q. Will the wallets damage my credit cards?

A. The wallets do not contain any type of material or electrical fields which can, in any way, damage or harm the magnetic strips on your credit cards. The wallets are much like non-beeping wallets in that you are safe to put virtually any type of card into the wallet in entire safety.


Q. How long do the batteries last?

A. Typically, the batteries used in your wallets will last up to 3 years. In addition, the wallets use a standard watch battery (which you can find at virtually any super market), and are easily replaced.


Q. How do I exchange or return a wallet?

Q. Is my credit card information secure if I place an order online?

A. Our online store uses a unique encryption algorithm which encrypts any data you submit in order to protect it. You are entirely safe entering your unique and confidential information in order to purchase any of our wallets online. If you like, we also accept orders by Fax- 818.338.8225.


Q. How do the wallets work?

A. The wallets use a patented sensory Mylar technology which is able to detect when a card is missing from any slot. Once a card is removed, the sensor is activated and will emit a short beep. The wallet will continue to beep once every 20 seconds for up to five minutes, if the missing card is not returned. The beep the wallets emit is an audible, yet not overly loud sound, and should not be thought of as an 'alarm' type of noise.


Q. What type of material are the wallets made of?

A. The wallets are constructed of the finest top-grain leather, with either a full interior leather lining or a protective non-leather interior lining (depending on the style of wallet)


Q. I just got my wallet and it is not beeping, what do I do?

A. Occasionally, during shipping, the wallet's sensor system is damaged. In order to reset it, you should begin by removing all of the cards, one by one, from top to bottom. After doing this, wait approximately 5 seconds to reset the sensor. Then replace all the cards in reverse order (bottom to top). If this does not work, it is possible that the battery needs replacing. If you have replaced the battery and attempted to reset the cards, then please contact us for further information or a possible exchange.

A. Since the wallet uses a standard watch battery, you can find these at most supermarkets, liquor stores or watch repair centers. The battery is a standard sized #CR-2016 Watch Battery.
